Please read carefully. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies below.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
• All deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
• No deposit = no appointment. Your slot will not be held without payment.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
• No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit.
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
• Cancellations under 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.
LATE POLICY
• Arriving 15 minutes late results in automatic cancellation.
• If the appointment can still be taken, a $20 late fee may apply (at my discretion).
• Do not arrive early. Please arrive exactly at your scheduled time.
APPOINTMENT RULES
• No children of any age.
• No guests allowed (friends, family, or partners).
• A $15 rescheduling fee applies and must be paid before a new time is confirmed.
CONFIRMATION REQUIRED
• Appointments must be confirmed the day before or the day of.
• Unconfirmed appointments will not be honored. Please do not arrive without confirmation.
WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS
• Weekend appointments (Saturday & Sunday) are very limited and book up quickly.
• All weekend appointments are subject to increased pricing due to high demand and extended availability.
• Weekend pricing is higher than weekday pricing and may vary by service.
• Weekend price differences are not negotiable.
• Deposits for weekend appointments follow the same non-refundable policy.
• If a weekend appointment is moved to a weekday, pricing will adjust to weekday rates (rescheduling fee still applies).
• By booking a weekend appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the adjusted weekend pricing.
