Please read carefully. By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies below.
Appointment Policies
At Bri’s Beauty Bar, each appointment is intentionally scheduled to provide you with a personalized, luxury experience. To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our services, the following policies are in place.
Female Clients Only
Eligibility Requirements: Body contouring services are best suited for clients who are within 20–30 lbs of their goal weight, have pinchable fat in the treatment area, and have a BMI under 35. Appointments may be canceled if eligibility requirements are not met. All deposits remain non-refundable.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your scheduled appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total service cost.
The remaining balance is due in full at the completion of your appointment.
Bundle payments and deposits are non-refundable
Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
Clients are allowed up to two reschedule requests per appointment.
Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit or scheduled bundle session.
After the second reschedule request, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit or reserved session will be forfeited.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Bundle appointments that are canceled will result in forfeiture of that scheduled session.
Cancellations are not eligible for deposit refunds or session credits
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
A $20 late fee will be applied to clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time.
Clients arriving excessively late may be considered a no-show if there is insufficient time to complete the service.
No-shows will automatically forfeit their deposit.
Appointment Rules
No children of any age.
No guests allowed, including friends, family, or partners.
This helps keep every appointment private, calm, and focused on your service.
Bundle Appointments
Bundle payments and deposits are non-refundable.
All bundle sessions must be completed within 30 days of the first appointment. Unused sessions will expire and cannot be carried over.
Bundle appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that scheduled session.
If you cancel a bundle appointment, that scheduled session will be forfeited.
Bundle appointments follow the same rescheduling policy as individual appointments.
Late fees apply to bundle appointments.
No-shows will result in forfeiture of the scheduled bundle session.
Repeated no-shows may result in cancellation of the remaining bundle sessions without refund.
Weekend Appointments
Weekend appointments, Saturday and Sunday, are very limited and book quickly.
All weekend appointments are subject to increased pricing due to high demand and extended availability.
Weekend pricing is higher than weekday pricing and may vary by service.
Weekend price differences are not negotiable.
Deposits for weekend appointments follow the same non-refundable policy.
If a weekend appointment is moved to a weekday, pricing will adjust to weekday rates.
By booking a weekend appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the adjusted weekend pricing.
